Description We are eager to welcome an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to our organization located in GREENSBORO, North Carolina. This role is primarily concerned with the management of our accounting functions, including the oversight of accounts payable and receivable, the month-end close process, and general ledger reconciliations. You will also be in charge of preparing financial statements and managing special projects. Responsibilities: • Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure efficient operations • Manage the Month End Close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and timely • Conduct Ledger Reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records • Prepare Financial Statements, ensuring they reflect the company's financial status accurately • Supervise and manage special projects as needed to support the company's financial objectives • Conduct Bank Reconciliations to verify the company's records match the bank's records • Maintain and manage the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role • Proven expertise in Month End Close procedures • Experience in Ledger Reconciliations is required • Must be proficient in conducting Bank Reconciliations • Demonstrated knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected • Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
