Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team based in Naples, Florida. This role involves overseeing a variety of accounting functions, including customer applications, credit records, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Manage and maintain customer credit records in accordance with industry standards • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline accounting functions • Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely and accurate processing • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards • Manage billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all invoices Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably within construction • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in Accounting Functions is required • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is vital • Familiarity with Auditing procedures and practices is necessary • Ability to manage Billing Functions efficiently is expected For immediate consideration, please reach out to Jenny Smith (Vice President/Senior Recruiting Manager) on LinkedIn or call 239-900-1619.
