Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is essential in our financial department, where you will be involved in preparing administrative grant applications, annual budgets, and financial reports. Responsibilities: • Coordinating with the Administrative Officer and Program Officer to prepare administrative grant applications and annual budgets • Generating financial reports • Monitoring and maintaining the financial accounting of employee benefits in coordination with the Administrative Officer • Utilizing your knowledge of administering and managing Federal cooperative agreements, grants, and awards • Handling a variety of duties and managing fluctuating workload under rigid time frames • Showing initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility in the performance of assigned duties • Maintaining good working relationships with staff members • Utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Overseeing accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Conducting auditing and managing billing functions using tools like ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with BlackLine • Expertise in using Concur • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures • Proven experience in Auditing • Familiarity with Billing Functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
