The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounting functions, overseeing the use of various accounting software systems, and ensuring efficient financial services. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage overall accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to industry standards. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively to streamline financial tasks and operations. • Implement and manage ADP - Financial Services to facilitate efficient financial transactions and processes. • Handle BlackLine operations, ensuring accurate financial records and data management. • Manage Concur operations, ensuring efficient expense management and reporting. • Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency. • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accurate financial records and timely transactions. • Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain financial transparency. • Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and prompt payment collection.
