Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the retail industry for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Miami, Florida. The role involves managing accounting functions, overseeing a small team, and dealing with financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Oversee a team to ensure efficient operation of accounting functions. • Handle extensive General Ledger (GL) activities. • Prepare and manage sales and use tax. • Generate detailed financial reports. • Use accounting software systems for efficient management of tasks. • Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management. • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. • Conduct auditing tasks as required. • Oversee billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize tools like ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and NetSuite in daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Ability to utilize BlackLine effectively. • Familiarity with Concur system is necessary. • Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Capability to perform Accounting Functions accurately. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP). • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • Solid background in Auditing. • Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently. • Experience with NetSuite is desirable.
