About the team
The Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager will be a key leadership position within the Worldpay Corporate Accounting organization. This team manages the T&E team in charge of processing reports, reconciling expenses, responding to audits, and handling reimbursements. They also plan, develop, and implement a new corporate card program and policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of travel procedures and driving continuous improvement of the travel program.

Manage T&E team in charge of processing reports, reconciling expenses, responding to audits, and handling reimbursements.Plan, develop, and implement a new corporate card program and policies.Develop strategic policies and programs for the corporate card & expense program.Manage credit card operations programs and charges.Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.Drive continuous improvement of the travel program.Ensure compliance with relevant travel policies/procedures, international travel regulations, and currencies.Align with the tax and compliance guidelines by governing authorities/IRS.Stay compliant and audit-ready.Continuously implement improvement and innovation in travel programs.Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our thriving Corporate Accounting hub. This role will manage the transition of AP work from one team to a newly formed team and work closely with third-party consultants and other cross-functional leaders to share best practices and contribute towards Global T&E standards.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Previous working experience as a corporate travel manager for 3 years in a global company.Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing.Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools (Oracle Expense, HFM, Excel).Excellent skills in communicating ideas verbally and in written form clearly, concisely, and professionally, with all levels, including presentations.Customer-oriented approach and mindset.Strong organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills for entry-level employees and third-party global contractor teams.General business skills, industry knowledge, accounting principles of the T&E process.Ability to identify, address, and resolve employee-related issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the use of Excel.Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes related to job tasks.Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management.Ability to design, document, and implement process improvements.Worldpay perks - what we’ll bring for you
