Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to support the U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings! Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely information, maintenance of client profit and loss account as well as overall compliance with internal company procedures and controls. The Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with other financial departments, including AR, AP, PO, Tax, Payroll, Treasury and HR in order to meet all objectives.

Job Responsibilities Reconcile receipts, sales tax and credit tips to payments collectedWork with location leadership to accurately prepare subcontractor settlements for paymentPrepare weekly and monthly reconciliations of various balance sheet accountsAssist financial leadership with ad hoc analysis as neededAssist with financial close process including commission statement preparationAdhere to all internal, external, and client deadlines

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 3 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience with progressive analytical responsibility requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database software required, experience with Oracle is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment and ability to learn quicklyAbility to adapt to new situations and work with senior management as well as prioritize multiple projects simultaneously is keyAbility to be detailed oriented and possess exceptional organizational skills and will be able to meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamicMust have availability to work flexible, event-based hours if neededEducation About Aramark
