Accounting / Office Manager
Kforce's client, a small privately held company in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for an Accounting/Office Manager for their office. This role will report directly to the owners and be responsible for all the Accounting, HR and Office functions. Responsibilities include: * Monthly Financial statement preparations * Oversight for AP/AR * Bank reconciliations * Daily cash postings * Accounting/Office Manager will prepare payroll bi-weekly for hourly and salaried employees * Maintain all personnel records and handle all new hires and terminations * Main point of contact for all benefit plans
