Overview

Provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate customer accounts.

Responsibilities Process and reconcile account receivables, remittances, and credit memos.Interface with various internal departments regarding application of cash and resolution of discrepancies related to deposits and credit memos.Participate in proactive team efforts to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy.Research payment inquiries from internal and external requestsEnter all incoming deposits into accounting ERP system.Deposit funds electronically via bank remote depositProcess US and Canada credit card transactionsDaily cash allocation of deposits received from lockbox checks, mailed checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and ACH payments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.2-4 years accounting experience or related fieldGood analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skillsOrganized and self-motivated with good attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skills
