Accounting Process Consultant

Job Title: Accounting Process Improvement Consultant

One of our large manufacturing clients is looking to bring in a high-level consultant to streamline their Accounts Payable workflows and SOPs.

Job Description:

Analyze current accounting processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.Provide recommendations on process enhancements, focusing on optimizing the use of our ERP systems (AX2012 and MS Dynamics 365).Collaborate with team members to understand each position within the accounting department and make tailored recommendations.Address system difficulties, particularly in the manual Accounts Payable (AP) process, and propose solutions to automate and integrate processes.Facilitate the integration and effective use of multiple ERP systems, with a primary focus on MS Dynamics 365.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree RequiredExperience with process orientation and analyzing workflows.Familiarity with developing and implementing SOPs.Experience with ERP systems, particularly AX2012 and MS Dynamics 365.Ability to provide actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with team members.Problem-solving skills to address system difficulties and improve manual processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
