You will manage key financial processes, analyze data, and collaborate across departments to support organizational goals. **What you will do** : + **Accounting and Reporting** : Record ledger entries, monitor balance sheet accounts, and prepare account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Identify and communicate large account variances and reconciling items to management. + **Reserve Models and Methodologies** : Establish and maintain complex reserve models and deferred revenue methodologies, working with functional teams to ensure alignment with company practices. + **Quarterly and Annual Reporting** : Prepare and analyze data for SEC filings and tax purposes. Compile departmental and location-specific data into comprehensive corporate reports, meeting established deadlines. + **Audit Support** : Assist external and internal auditors by preparing documentation, roll forwards, variance analyses, and other necessary materials to ensure successful audit completion. + **Continuous Improvement** : Analyze financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
