Our client, a contractor in the North Atlanta area, is highly motivated to add an Accounting Specialist to their team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for managing project-specific financial activities to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established timelines. The role will involve regular collaboration with project management teams and subcontractors to review and approve invoices, allocate costs, manage change orders, perform account reconciliations, and maintain project budgets. This role also includes writing subcontracts and change orders. This role will be 100% in the office, Mon-Friday. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
