Salary range for this position is **$65,000-$75,000** annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the administrative function of the billing process duties include but not limited to: submit credit applications to corporate office, input new customer information into the billing system and create and manager customer files. + Collect and organize time sheets and prepare time and material billings weekly in an accurate and timely fashion. + Prepare invoicing for lump sum projects working with the division manager to ensure proper billing in accordance with the contract. + Support in the customer collection process; call on customers requesting status of payment, provide copies of invoices to customers, settle disputes and answer questions from customers. + Process credit memos for accounts receivable deemed uncollectible. + Work closely with the division manager and area controller to ensure all billing is processed in a timely and in an accurate manner. + Analyzes financial information, prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected financial position. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of a 2 year degree plus 2 years of related experience OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience. + Minimum of 2 years payroll experience in a high-volume payroll department + Experience in AP, AR, and/or Billing Required + High School Diploma or equivalency required + Experience in the construction industry a plus. + Experience with ADP/Ceridian software preferred but not required + Multi State processing + Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment + Exceptional verbal communication skills + Excellent written communication skills + Ability to effectively plan and organize + Microsoft suite experience, especially Excel. **About Us:** A leading provider of access, specialized services to the global industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets, BrandSafway delivers access and scaffolding systems, forming and shoring, industrial services and related solutions to more than 30,000 customers worldwide.
