Join a team that is responsible for providing accounting\nsupport for businesses. You will be responsible for monthly electronic\nreconcilliations process and General ledgers. In this role you will be\nresponsible for tax payments to the Government. You will actively support\nincome tax assessment working and schedule preparation for old periods. You are\nrequired to support service tax audits or assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure\n compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work\n procedures.Ensure\n account recons are delivered with quality.Ensure\n Journal Entries are submitted correct and on time.Give\n support and response to the different mailboxes inside the team.Ensure\n account reconciliations are delivered on-time & with quality with no\n unexplained items.Ensure\n queries / transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged. · Ensure\n all banking recons are delivered by BPO on-time and with quality with no\n unexplained items.Manage\n bank processes e.g. cash funding, uncashed checks entries, bank fees\n entries, etc.AFDA\n Report preparation and loading to SharePointLease\n JournalsEnsure\n correct posting of payroll accrual, make payroll corp bill reconciliation\n & JE / AccrualUS/\n Payroll Recs Issue resolutionBMG\n Netting - FX gain/loss entriesIC\n Loan/Loan Grid EntriesHedge\n entries loading in BLPaygo entries loading in BL and stats

YOU MUST HAVE

Accounting\n degreeUp to 4\n years of overall financeand accounting experience.English\n proficient

WE VALUE

Knowledge\n on SAP and HFMSound\n understanding of reconciliation techniques.Multi\n bank / bank account reconciliations, research & investigation\n experience to resolve aged items.Strong\n technical and analytical skills.Exhibits\n good communication and soft skills.Having\n an audit experience will be an added advantage.Strong\n knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive,\n ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions.
