Accounting Specialist

Accounting Specialist to assist a department within City entity in Anaheim. Contract up to 6 months, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm daily. $26 per hour.

Accounting Specialist Details:

Contract position$26.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

 

Work closely with accountants to review accounting documentsScan documents for electronic filingScan for errors and work with accountants to correctFiling, record keeping, copying, data entry, some customer service phone work if neededOther accounting support tasks as needed

Accounting Specialist Qualifications:

2+ year in accounting Must be organizedExcel experienceMS Office proficiency
