Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to property management, including invoice processing, transaction posting, and basic accounting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and a background in property management or administrative functions.
ResponsibilitiesHandle the processing of invoices for insurance, taxes, utilities, rent, etc.Post tenant payments to outstanding invoices in the software.Manage and update spreadsheets in Excel, including creating new spreadsheets and formulas.Compose and write professional letters.Understand and apply basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.Work independently and proactively, offering creative solutions to improve processes.Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support full-time operations.Essential SkillsStrong computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel.Ability to create and manage spreadsheets and formulas in Excel.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.Excellent written communication skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Creative problem-solving abilities.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in banking, such as loan processing or teller duties, is a plus but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is 100% on-site, located in our Albuquerque office. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
