Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, providing key accounting functions within our organization. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that offers the potential for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: • Creation and management of customer invoices • Accurate recording and documentation of customer payments • Entry and management of vendor bills • Support in audit activities • Documentation of inventory transactions • Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget • Assisting with month-end reporting • Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient operations • Applying knowledge of accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conducting auditing and billing functions as required.
