We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual looking to start, develop and grow their accounting knowledge.  RESPONSIBILITIES + Responsible for daily administrative accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and payable + Apply ACH payments, write offs, reversals, returns, and discrepancies + Run daily reports, update cash logs, and input invoices via Workday + Handle service inquiries with a sense of urgency and professionalism through to resolution via Salesforce, email and phone + Bank reconciliations and review commission statements + Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with internal/external stakeholders + Ad hoc projects when necessary + Any other duties assigned by management SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor’s degree in accounting + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills is bonus points + Adaptability/flexibility to use multiple computer operating systems + Strong verbal and written communication skills including phone skills + Interpersonal skills both in working in team environment and working with customers + Natural curiosity and desire for problem identification and resolution + Sense of urgency in issue resolution and attention to detail LOCATION + NYC, hybrid schedule - Tuesday/Thursday in office COMPENSATION AND PERKS + $40,000 - $50,000 base salary plus bonus.
