**_Job Summary:_**
**Responsible for ensuring that company’s financial records are accurate, complete and maintained in a timely manner.**
**Closely collaboration with all internal departments and shared service centres with regards to accounting payable topics.**
**_Responsibilities/Accountabilities:_**
+ **Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings following both local and management GAAP, with a specific focus on invoice to be received and prepaid.**
+ **Overseeing and managing vendor invoices received in collaboration with global shared service team, verifying the correctness of VAT and withholding taxes, archiving and registering them for fiscal and audit tests.**
+ **Purchase Order creation and maintenance for all expenses related to Finance Department**
+ **Active role in the weekly vendor mass payment and in any ad-hoc payment request needed by the company**
+ **Full responsibility of the vendor masterdata**
+ **Managing the travel expense reimbursements to internal employees based on the Company Travel Policy**
+ **Ensuring sales invoices are correctly transmitted to Italian fiscal e-portal (SDI) in a timely manner**
+ **Support all internal departments with regards to purchase order and invoice booking processes**
+ **Support the Finance Department during annual statutory audit and all internal audits required by the Group**
**_Key Challenges:_**
+ **Interact with several teams with very different backgrounds and approaches.**
+ **Liaise with Global Teams in order to maintain a strong compliance with Group Policies and Procedures.**
+ **Ability to keep under control autonomously a big amount of data and information.**
+ **Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of some information**
**_Requirements:_**
+ **_Degree in Economics or in Financial Major_**
+ **_Previous experience in accounting or finance department_**
+ **_Language: fluent in Italian and English_**

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
