Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to join our team located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As an integral part of our Financial Services sector, you will be accountable for managing customer applications, ensuring precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also encompasses the monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Efficiently process customer credit applications with precision • Uphold accurate records of customer credits • Analyze account balances and provide intricate solutions to commission-related queries • Conduct thorough reviews of all accounts and implement manual adjustments as and when required • Address discrepancies in entries to agent accounts or commission clearing accounts • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and update financial records • Engage with ADP - Financial Services for financial management tasks • Expertly handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Undertake auditing activities to ensure financial compliance • Manage billing functions using software like Ceridian and Concur • Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business operations.
