Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy? We are anticipating the need for a Local Accounting Specialist! This role requires candidates to reside in or near Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, or Montclair, as occasional in-office work, collaboration, and meetings will be part of the role. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. + Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations. + Process journal entries and assist in preparing financial reports. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day accounting operations. Requirements Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Must be local to the following cities: Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Upland, or Montclair. + 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Experience with ERP systems is a plus. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
