Key Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ACH payments + Reconcile and balance the General Ledger and credit card transactions + Manage wire transfers and resolve related discrepancies + Handle debit card disputes and ensure accurate processing + Conduct in-depth research to resolve financial discrepancies + Assist with financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and yearly reports Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Proven experience in accounting, GL management, and financial reconciliation + Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly + Experience processing debit cards, ACH payments, and credit card transactions + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
