Responsibilities

Expectations:

Prepare bank deposits dailyPrepare Daily Cash reportsReconcile Daily Cash Report to bank deposits dailyPrints all checks and payables, or back up for Accounts Payable clerkOrders deposit books from the bankResolve differences between Daily Cash Report and General Ledger within 30 days
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, ERP systems, Microsoft OfficeSkills in planning, organizing, exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision-makingHave effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, office managers and co-workersSome knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare-related accounting or finance work
