Description Responsibilities: • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Processing invoices and ensuring transaction accuracy. • Generating and posting weekly invoices in a timely manner. • Handling bank deposits and tracking incoming funds accurately. • Recording and reconciling credit card transactions to recognize sales revenue. • Conducting regular check runs. • Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to record, track, and manage financial transactions. • Collaborating with the Purchasing team to provide timely notifications regarding drop shipments. • Providing accounting support for multiple business locations. • Performing minimal involvement with month-end reporting duties.
