Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist at our location in Suffolk, Virginia. Our industry is in the construction sector and we need a detail-oriented individual who can handle full cycle accounts payable, vendor management, and general accounting reconciliations. Responsibilities include: • Managing full cycle accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency • Handling vendor management tasks to ensure smooth operations • Conducting credit card and expense reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Processing contract labor to support our workforce • Performing general accounting reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records • Assisting with onboarding new employees and addressing their technical queries • Utilizing skills in Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Billing Functions, Vendor Management, and Expense Reconciliation.
