Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in the Construction industry, located in Fort Myers, Florida. The selected candidate will join a team where they will be in charge of processing financial transactions, managing accounting software systems, and handling vendor-related tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately inputting invoices into the system • Setting up vendors and collecting necessary W-9 forms • Handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable • Preparing AIA Draws for financial transactions • Collecting and filing lien releases as part of the accounting functions • Overseeing billing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Keeping accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions • Taking appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts.
