Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Manage payroll processing, including calculating hours, deductions, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Reconcile accounts payable and payroll accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in month-end close processes and prepare reports as required.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment or payroll issues.
