Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the St. Louis area. This role is paying $55,000-$65,000 annually and is 100% onsite in the Brentwood, Missouri area. Job Description

Continuously monitor the accounts payable inbox for receipt of vendor invoices and ensure timely distributionAccurately match and input vendor invoices into the ERP system in accordance with established proceduresEnsure invoice pricing and terms align with our purchase order by utilizing a 3 Way MatchVerify proper G/L accounts on invoices that require review/approvalAssist with Concur travel expense reporting review and approvalsAssist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reportingTrack and manage company credit card transactions, reconciling expenses and ensuring timely payment

Required Skills & Abilities
