Description Robert Half is partnering with an Established Dealership in Fairfield County to hire a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join their Dealership! The ideal candidate will have dealership experience and be responsible for processing all financial data for the dealership departments while managing administrative functions as well. Responsibilities: + Post sales transactions to accounting records and CRM daily (CDK) + Receives and processes incoming wires and EFTs for deal Funding + Reconciles select accounts monthly + Managed petty cash distribution & reconciliation + Assists with annual audit + Issues and sends payoff checks to bank for titles + Manages, calculates and submits weekly sales commission payments based on final documentation for payroll + Submits and verifies rebates for new vehicle deliveries + Submits monthly sales tax + Prepares reports for the Controller + Hires and trains for their department Requirements Qualifications + The ideal candidate will have prior accounting experience in an office; preferably in an automotive dealership For immediate consideration please email your resume to: Michelle.Kenney@RobertHalf(.com) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
