Waccamaw Management, LLC is in search of an Accounting Specialist II to join our team.
\n\nResponsibilities:
• Post payments by recording checks, ACH payment and credit card transactions
• General Ledger entry and maintenance
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or discrepancies
• Maintaining accounts receivable files, records and collections
• Interaction with on-line banking software
• Works closely and supports the accounting manager
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and easily adaptable to software
• Self-Starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Confidentiality is a Must
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• 3-5 years accounts receivable experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
