Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance requiredMBA/CPA preferred

Experience/Specific Knowledge Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years previous accounting or finance related work experience, with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.Must possess strong collaborative leadership skills – able to set priorities, delegate, motivate and develop the teamMust be detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated.Must be able to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and often with strict deadlines, while maintaining a high quality of work productMust possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all functional groups and levels, both internal and externalStrong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with ability to solve complex problems through solution-oriented analysis.Must be able to work overtime during high volume periods, including but not limited to month/quarter/year-end close
