**Accounting Supervisor**
**Salary Range:** $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience (DOE).
**Job Summary:**
Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for an Accounting Supervisor. This role will oversee the Cheyenne accounting office, maintain all records necessary for required financial procedures, and support tax preparation, profit-and-loss analysis, and fixed asset management.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide daily supervision of Corporate Office accounting staff.
+ Conduct daily audits of cage operations, HHR terminals, and non-gaming revenue areas.
+ Prepare reports and information for the Director of Finance to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
+ Manage and oversee the fixed asset accounting process.
+ Assist the Director of Finance with special projects as needed.
+ Support the Director and VP of Finance in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
+ Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up tasks as assigned.
**Required Skills and Abilities:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other accounting systems.
+ Understanding of financial systems, audit functions, and fixed asset management.
+ Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
+ Strong ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
+ At least 2 years of supervisory experience in public and/or corporate accounting.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and proprietary software.
+ Experience with Konami and Synkros systems is preferred.
+ At least 2 years of gaming industry experience preferred.
+ Must be able to obtain a state gaming license.
+ Valid driver’s license required.

**Pay Details:** $650,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
