We are seeking a talented individual to join our Accounting Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our Warsaw office.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As part of the Warsaw Accounting Operations hub, this role will supervise a team within the Order to Cash (O2C) function. The function will provide accounting services to more than 30 countries within the EMEA region, across all MMC operating companies.

Accounting Supervisor AR

We will count on you to:

Supervise a team of fiduciary accountants (10-15 people)Manage the operational activities of the Accounts Receivable (AR) functionOversee day-to-day accounting processes and banking systems, ensuring the accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial informationReview and improve processes to achieve and maintain global standardizationSupport a robust control environment and ensure compliance with all relevant standardsEnsure that developed KPIs and SLAs are metAssist with auditors, audit requirements, and SOX testing

What you need to have: 

University degree in the field of finance, accounting, or economics or recognised Accounting qualification e.g. ACCAVery good command of English – a must3 - 5 years’ experience within a large Shared Service environment or Finance management with proven operational improvement capabilitiesProven people management experienceWorking knowledge of ERP Accounting systems e.g. SAP, Navision, Navins
