We are seeking a talented individual to join our Accounting Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our Warsaw office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As part of the Warsaw Accounting Operations (AO) hub, this role will supervise a team within the Accounts Receivable (AR) function. The function will provide accounting services to France.

Accounting Supervisor AR with FrenchWe will count on you to:
Supervise a team (10-15 people)Conduct operational activities of the AR functionTake care of accounting processes, ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial informationReview and improve processes to achieve and maintain global standardizationSupport the robust control environment and ensure compliance with all relevant standardsEnsure that developed KPIs and SLAs are metAssist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testingWhat you need to have:
University degree in the field of finance, accounting, or economics or recognised Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA3 - 5 years’ experience within a large Shared Service environment or Finance management with proven operational improvement capabilitiesVery good command of English and French – a mustProven people management experienceWorking knowledge of ERP Accounting systems e.g. SAP, Navision, NavinsWhat makes you stand out:
