If you are interested in this position please read the summary and qualifications below.** **Position Type:** 12-Month Contract **Shift:** First Shift, 8:00 or 8:30 AM Start (40 hours/week) **Pay Rate:** $39.56 per hour **Primary Responsibilities:** + **Accounting & Financial Functions:** Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, conduct key account reconciliations, perform variance analysis, and deliver clear insights into business performance. + **Business Partnership:** Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Sales, R&D, or Product Development, providing financial insights and advice. + **Forecasting & Budgeting:** Analyze financial data to create reliable forecasts and communicate drivers and assumptions. Advise management on financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans. + **Financial Analysis:** Develop complex financial models, prepare standardized reports, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support data-driven decision-making by evaluating KPIs. + **Quarterly Reviews:** Contribute to data analysis and preparation of financial materials for mid-quarter and quarterly business reviews. + **Process Improvement:** Suggest and implement process improvements, assist in building new reports within BI tools, and review various approval requests. + **Team Collaboration:** Work with other finance team members to review financial information and forecasts, and complete ad hoc projects as needed. **Required Skills:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + **Experience:** 10+ years in progressive finance roles with demonstrated success in driving change and achieving results. + **Technical Proficiency:** Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite preferred) and BI tools. + **Analytical & Problem-Solving:** Sharp analytical skills, strong reasoning, and critical thinking abilities. + **Initiative:** Self-starter with a “roll up the sleeves” mentality, comfortable navigating both detailed tasks and high-level strategic thinking. + **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization. + **Attention to Detail:** Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous environments. **If you’re an experienced finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement, we invite you to apply today with your up to date resume!** **Pay Details:** $39.56 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
