Description Our client located in Burlingame is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Technician to join their team. Role will focus primarily on Accounts Payable, with general billing, cash receipting, and account reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: + Accounts Payable: Process invoices and payments accurately, ensuring timely and proper disbursements. + Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and transactions to ensure financial accuracy and consistency. + Cash Receipting: Process cash receipts and maintain accurate records of all payments received. + General Billing: Assist with billing tasks, ensuring accuracy in invoicing for services provided. + Provide support to the administrative team as needed, maintaining organization and compliance with departmental financial procedures. Requirements Qualifications: + Must Clear Background Check + Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred. + Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow best practices for financial management. Additional Information: + Work Schedule: Flexible hours (Monday through Thursday), 20 hours per week. + Duration: Position is expected to last for approximately 3 months with potential for extension.
