The AMV (Account Manager Vaccination Centers) develops and applies various insights into customer organizations and networks, particularly focused on GGDs and (travel) vaccination clinics that influence customer decisions.
The role of AM is an innovative and creative role with a strategic vision for Pfizer's primary care medicines and vaccines.
Discussing assigned products within Pfizer Netherlands with prescribers in primary care, based on your customers' needs and the lifecycle of the medicines and vaccines.
Strategic account planning and account relationships to further grow revenue, customer satisfaction, and recurring business within your accounts.
Daily management of your own customer portfolio and establishing business relationships through multichannel and omnichannel communication via the customer's preferred channel.
Main responsibilities:The AMV is responsible for virtual and face-to-face communication with a selected segment of customers to provide them with information and multichannel applications for certain disease areas and to promote the assigned products, with effective communication and sales skills at the forefront.
Contributing to the overall commercial success, revenue, and business growth of Pfizer Netherlands by generating demand for and promoting the assigned products.
Staying informed about all developments within the market.
Acting as the first point of contact and sparring partner for your customers and gathering relevant market insights.
Ensuring that customer contacts and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated so that an accurate record is available at all times.
About you:
Minimum HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a (para)medical direction.
Basic medical knowledge.
Driving license B.
(Commercial) practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferably a network within GGDs and travel clinics.
Well-developed communication skills.
Team player and networker.
Analytical.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (B2).
