Role Overview
We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities
+ Reconcile the Purchase order with the Invoice and address any discrepancies
+ Record the Supplier Invoices and update expense reports
+ Keep a track of the pending Invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the Invoices
+ Providing support to the Accounting Department
+ Handle communication between the organization and Vendors
+ reconcilei the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
+ Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Ideal Candidate
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
+ Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
+ Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
+ Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
+ Familiarity with basic accounting principles
+ Professional manner and a strong ethical code
+ Attention to detail
