Join the team as an Accounts Clerk, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving to play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing outstanding service to our clients.
Working as an Accounts Clerk you will receive;
Salary of £23,400 Competitive benefits package with the option to purchase enhanced and additional benefits to suit you.37.5 hours per week contract. Core hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:00pm.Hybrid working available once training is completedFree onsite parking.An opportunity to build on and develop a long-lasting rewarding career.The main accountabilities of the role will include:
Allocate cash on tenant accountsProcess tenant refundsManage service switchesUpdate customer bank detailsRaise fees and prepare landlord breakdownsHandle calls and emails from landlords, tenants, and franchiseesProblem solve and manage challenging situations effectivelyTerminate tenancies and manage related tasksTo be successful in this role you will need to be Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also have Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
