The role will assist with the 2024 1099 process. The individual will ensure the accurate preparation of 1099 documents. The ideal backfill will have knowledge of federal and state 1099 requirements and be able to apply that knowledge to KinderCare's data/reporting.

In addition to that knowledge base the right person for the job would have the following:

Clear/concise communication, both verbal and written – They will be expected to explain/interpret 1099 reporting rules.Ability to research independently if necessary – We pay for a tool they will have access to.Mid level excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)Ability to work with large amounts of data
