Job Title: Accounts Payable
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage high volume invoice processing and handle various payment methods efficiently. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and assist with month-end close processes.

ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry for four business units.Monitor and manage five inboxes for incoming invoices.Enter invoices on a daily basis, processing 100-200 invoices per day in IFS.Open mail and enter invoices received via email.Maintain bank records and process wire payments, ACH, and EFT transactions.Execute three-way match, both paper-based and electronic.Assist with month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met.Communicate effectively with vendors and address any issues or concerns.Understand and use AP terminology, such as purchase orders.Essential SkillsProficiency in wire payments, ACH, and EFT transactions.Experience with three-way match, both paper-based and electronic.Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to process 100-200 invoices per day.Effective communication skills.Understanding of Accounts Payable terminology.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with IFS software.Ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel.Experience with month-end close processes.Work Environment

The work environment consists of a small team where responsibilities are divided by dealer or direct business. The dealer side handles high volume and high dollar transactions, while the direct side handles low volume and low dollar transactions. The candidate will receive training from a team member and will need to work efficiently in a high-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50
