Description We are offering a short term 100% remote, contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable specialist at our location in Mansfield, Texas, United States. You will be part of a team that handles the processing of payments and the management of expense accounts, contributing to the efficient operation of the company. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage financial transactions • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and statements • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all financial data. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems • Knowledge and experience in PO Creation • A strong understanding of accounting principles • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy rate • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex AP issues • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
