Description Job Title: Accounts Payable/Purchasing Clerk Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (100% On-site) Position Type: Temporary (February to June) Hours: Flexible, 25-30 hours per week Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Purchasing Clerk to manage our organization's financial transactions and procurement processes during a temporary assignment from February to June. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and accounts payable functions. Experience or knowledge in a school setting is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: + Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. + Create and manage purchase orders; monitor and follow up on outstanding orders. + Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. + Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. + Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable and purchasing activities. + Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment schedules. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless procurement and payment processes. Requirements Qualifications: + Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. + Experience in accounts payable processes. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Prior experience or knowledge in a school environment is a plus. + No formal degree required.
