Accounts Payable
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounts payable or a related field. Key Responsibilities: + Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner + Match invoices with purchase orders and verify approvals + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers + Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records + Assist with month-end closing, including accruals and reconciliations + Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues + Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations + Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation Requirements Qualifications: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
