Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our financial records, including processing invoices and managing vendor relationships. Responsibilities: Must have inner company and multi entity AP accounting experience minimum 3-5 years Minimum of Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (Accounting or Finance highly preferred) Experience processing high volume and high dollar invoices weekly Process checks weekly and ACH biweekly and as needed Resolve internal issue in Accounts Payable area Handle vendor inquiries on payment status Resolve vendor issues Prepare Out of Pocket Reports Prepare 1099 and 571-L annually Prepare daily exchange rate report Prepare billings to investors and third parties Assist auditors on our annual audit Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant or similar role • Proficient in Account Reconciliation • Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) practices • Experience in Check Runs • Ability to efficiently perform Coding Invoices tasks • Strong Data Entry skills • Proficient in Invoice Processing • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
