What You’ll Be Doing: + End-to-End Accounts Payable Management: Own the full accounts payable cycle, from processing invoices and managing vendor relationships to reconciling statements and ensuring timely payments. + NetSuite Expertise: Utilize NetSuite to efficiently manage accounts payable processes, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and real-time reporting. + Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments, including Procurement, Finance, and Operations, to resolve discrepancies, ensure proper coding, and maintain accurate records. + Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner. + Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with the month-end and year-end close process, including preparing AP accruals, reconciliations, and supporting audit requirements. + Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate and review accounts payable reports to provide key insights to senior leadership and contribute to better financial decision-making. + Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s rapid growth. Requirements What We’re Looking For: + Accounts Payable Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment. + NetSuite Proficiency: Strong experience with NetSuite is essential to this role, enabling you to manage accounts payable processes with accuracy and efficiency. + Attention to Detail: Your ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of accounts payable—whether processing invoices, managing records, or handling payments—will ensure the company’s financial health. + Strong Analytical Skills: You have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities for process improvements. + Team-Oriented: You work well with others, collaborating across departments and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and colleagues alike. + Excellent Communication: You are clear, concise, and confident in your communication, whether you’re handling vendor inquiries, liaising with internal teams, or presenting reports to senior management.
