Accounts Payable Administrator | $20/hour | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $20 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmLocation: Irving, TXTemp-to-Hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the processing and payment of invoices and contract payments, generating reports and other accounting functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payments and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Ensure documents received for payment contain the required approval signatures and are accompanied by the required delivery documents.Review invoices and support documents for accuracy and appropriateness.Enter manual payments into JD Edwards.Document error messages.Review and approve invoices in the Metaviewer system. Match checks and invoices to submit for imaging.Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager. Qualifications and Requirements: Computer literate with the ability to work with JD Edwards, BOX, Outlook, Metaviewer, Windows, Excel and Word.2 years office experience, bookkeeping or accounting preferred.High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.Strong writing and organizational skills.Possess strong work ethic, integrity, loyalty and initiative in getting things done.Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.Typing (min. of 40wpm) and 10-key skills required, with high degree of accuracy. Benefits and Perks: $20/hourMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:A nationally recognized homebuilder, this company is known for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The base pay range for this position is $20/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
