Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for handling all invoices and inquiries from vendors and facilities. They will be responsible for correct and timely processing of payable invoices as directed by supervisor.
Job Responsibilities Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing reports to balancesCharges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Maintains historical records using designated software
Monitors facility purchasing cards for usage, spend, funding, and policy compliance
Maintains the confidentiality of documents and information
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Generates monthly accruals and month-end reports Position Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years accounts payable or administrative experience. Strong analytical and writing skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Working knowledge of Word Must be proficient in MS Excel as well as have general PC skillsCompany-paid IOFM Accounts Payable Specialist certification
