Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire Accounts Payable Analyst for our global manufacturing client in the St. Louis area. This role is onsite in downtown St. Louis 5 days a week with parking paid for. This role will be paying up to $60,000 annually once hired. If interested, please apply.

Position Summary

Compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Verify approval on all invoices and check requests in compliance with the corporate Authorized Approval Manual guidelinesCoding invoices across multiple brands and/or companiesFamiliar with foreign currencyAble to process and enter 300-500 invoices per weekProcess accounts payable checks, as well as ACH paymentsMatch invoices to remittance and fileReconciles vendor statementsMaintains account payable vendor filesOpen mail and distributeOrder office suppliesCoordinate office related functionsSpecial projects as assigned

Education
