Description Our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process PO and Non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy at all times. • Handle a high volume of monthly accounts, applying your strong GL experience for AP. • Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable and Account Reconciliation to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Foster positive relationships with various departments, working collaboratively to find solutions. • Carry out check runs and coding invoices as part of the daily operations. • Use Microsoft Excel for invoice processing and other related tasks. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role • Strong proficiency in Account Reconciliation, essential for balancing accounts and maintaining accurate financial records • Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP), required for managing and overseeing outgoing payments to vendors • Demonstrated ability to perform Check Runs, crucial for ensuring timely and accurate payments • Proficiency in Coding Invoices, necessary for categorizing and identifying invoices for payments • Experience in Invoice Processing, essential for managing and processing incoming invoices • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required for data analysis and financial reporting.
